COVID-19 has put the world in the middle of a pandemic, resulting in unprecedented health and economic
crisis. The pandemic has a particularly strong impact on the most vulnerable citizens of the European Union.
We – the Civil Society Forum on Drugs – would like to respond as regards the essential needs of People Who
Use Drugs and ask for your guidance and coordination to support the EU Member States
